All EX-Demo items are unique and one-of-a–kind as per their physical description. Unless otherwise specified, all Demo equipment will usually, but not always, exhibit normal signs of wear-and-tear. All these items are in perfect condition, except that they may have slight cosmetic imperfections or be enclosed in packaging that may or may not exhibit various degrees of tears or dents. In cases where the original packaging is missing or no longer usable, we make sure your purchase is packaged in suitable shipping materials before leaving our facilities.

Clearance items, and End of Life items, are products that we have over purchased or have been superceded. All such items are treated as being new. 

All items include the manufacturer's warranty unless an exception is specifically noted in the description.
In such a case, Videoguys will warrant the item for the same period as the manufacturer, excluding impact damage.
