The Beachtek DXA-CONNECT XLR Adapter / Bracket Combo is a versatile audio accessory for DSLR cameras and camcorders. The DXA-CONNECT combines an active XLR adapter with an accessory bracket for mounting multiple devices to the camera. The adapter has a 2-channel, low-noise preamp with phantom power for connecting virtually any professional microphone or wireless system. The unique bracket design has 4 sturdy mounting shoes and is suitable for attaching microphones, receivers, monitors, lights, or field recorders. It easily mounts to the hot shoe of the camera. The output lets you record to either a DSLR camera or camcorder, or for high-quality audio directly to a portable field recorder such as the Atomos Ninja-2.
