Video Guys! What's happened? Really poor service for our last bulk order with you. Ordered late April and some items were unavailable and were on a wait list. Other items were not so we never received any of the available stock. Several follow-ups. No response. Finally a tardy and vague email about the order status. It is now 5 June. Service rep, .... was disinterested and blunt in his email responses. I cancelled the order. No apology, just a standard email to state it has been cancelled. More interested in taking our money it seems. Have been a customer since 2010.

Grumpy for no reason, NO TOLERANCE for questions regarding product, Good place to go if you know what you want and get it delivered fast. Don't expect genuine help though if you're just starting out as they have no patience. They didn't even listen. Audio guy gave advice about video equipment until he wasn't able to answer any tech questions further and recommended me to speak to video guy. Repeated to video guy what audio guy had told me, and video guy made me feel like an idiot. Train your staff before judging your customers!
