The 702 Bright 7" Daylight Viewable Full HD LCD Field Monitor from SmallHD enables critical focus, exposure, and color evaluation even in broad daylight. The 1000 nits brightness Full HD (1920 x 1080p) display features a pixel density of 323 ppi and a viewing angle of 179°.

The monitor works on the Page Builder OS. Using Pages, software tools such as focus assist or exposure scopes can be grouped together for quick retrieval as needed. You can toggle between various Pages utilizing the monitor's joystick and back buttons. The expanded toolset includes 3D lookup table (LUT) video output to downstream devices in addition to image capture, custom scaling, peaking, false color, zebra (multiple), HD waveform, RGB parade, histogram, HDMI/SDI bi-directional cross conversion, and on-screen audio meters. An optional wireless remote allows hands-free navigation of the 702-Bright's menu.

The monitor's on-board SD card slot allows storage and exchange of data between devices. The versatile monitor accepts either Canon LP-E6 or Sony L-Series battery packs and can also be powered from an AC adapter or from a D-Tap off a large camera battery. It features an aircraft-grade aluminum frame with rubberized coating and optically bonded glass protector with anti-reflective coating.
