- Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro (Body Only)
To top their previous achievement with the Pocket Cinema Camera 6K, Blackmagic Design adds an even more full-featured, compact Super35 camera to their cine-style line with the Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro. The 6K Pro features all the recording features, sensor, dynamic range, buttons, and ports as its predecessor, and adds a variety of important new features such as a 5" tilting HDR capacitive touchscreen LCD with 1500 cd/m² brightness, a Pro EVF option, built-in clear/2/4/6-stop ND filters, dual mini-XLR inputs, an accurate timecode clock, an NP-F570 L-series battery slot, and updated Gen 5 colour science.
With only a slightly larger form factor than the 6L, the 6K Pro records the same resolutions up to 50 fps 6144 x 3456 video, and it retains the valuable active Canon EF mount, letting users take advantage of the expansive array of EF/EF-S mount lenses available. The EF mount supports iris, autofocus, and zoom functions using electronic communication when using compatible lenses.
The 6K Pro can turn one frame into two by cropping a second shot from one frame, upscaling to 8K, or simply capturing rich, detailed footage with your favourite EF/EF-S-mount lens. The updated Gen 5 internal colour processing makes it easy to intercut 6K Pro, 6K, and BMPCC 4K footage. Record using the internal CFast 2.0 and SD/UHS-II card slots or via the full-size HDMI port to an optional ATEM Mini switcher for live streaming, or output via the USB Type-C port to capture longer clips to an external drive. The 6K Pro includes a DaVinci Resolve Studio license and supports Blackmagic Raw capture from the sensor. Using the Raw format with the sensor's metadata simplifies editing to suit any project and makes editing easier with DaVinci Resolve.
The compact 6K Pro retains the familiar controls and menu layout of the 6K model, such as ISO support up to 25,600, 13 stops of dynamic range, and 1920 x 1080 HDR monitor output. Professional audio support now includes two mini XLR inputs with phantom +48V power, a 3.5mm stereo input, a mono speaker, a headphone output, and a built-in stereo mic system.
Additional pro features include lens metadata support, 3D LUT application for both monitoring and recording, up to 21.2MP still image capture, and a multifunction grip that enables single-handed operation. Sync multiple cameras for a concert, event, or other multicamera shoots by linking an external timecode generator to the 6K Pro internal timecode generator (accessed via the 3.5mm audio port). Then save valuable time by using Resolve to automatically sync your multicamera shots in post.
In addition to the DaVinci Resolve Studio activation key, the 6K Pro comes with a 30W power supply offering simultaneous battery charging, an MP-F570 battery, a lens port cap, and a camera strap. Distinguished by a uniquely fast and versatile design, the Canon EF-mount Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8 DC HSM is an Art-series zoom, covering wide-angle to normal focal lengths. Separating itself from the pack, this zoom features an exceedingly bright f/1.8 constant maximum aperture, which suits its use in difficult lighting conditions and offers an impressive depth of field control throughout the zoom range. The optical design incorporates a series of SLD and aspherical elements, which help to achieve high clarity and sharpness by suppressing various aberrations, colour fringing, and distortion. A Super Multi-Layer Coating has also been applied, too, which controls lens flare and ghosting for improved contrast and colour accuracy. Balancing the optical merits, this 18-35mm also sports an advanced Hyper Sonic Motor, along with an internal focusing design, to promote fast, quiet, and precise autofocus performance. - Blackmagic Design NP-F570 Battery

The 1TB AV Pro CF CFast 2.0 Memory Card from Angelbird is designed for use with Atomos, Blackmagic Design, Phantom, Canon, Hasselblad, and other devices that are compatible with the CFast 2.0 standard, which utilizes the SATA III 6 Gb/s interface. It features sustained read speeds of up to 530 MB/s, sustained write speeds of up to 430 MB/s, Stable Stream technology, over-provisioning of ~7.6%, TRIM, EDC/ECC for data reliability, EMS protection, a built-in cache, SMART technology, an MTBF of 2.4 million hours.
This CFast 2.0 card has been built with protection against ESD overloads, x-rays, and magnets, as well as a shock resistance of 50 g, a vibration resistance of 3.1 g, and is able to withstand temperatures ranging from -4 to 858°F while operational, or -40 to 185°F while being stored. While being stored, it can also retain data for up to 10 years at 77°F. - Angelbird CFast 2.0 Memory Card Reader
Built with a modular design that stacks seamlessly with their other card reader models, the CFast 2.0 Memory Card Reader from Angelbird is made for the fast ingestion of CFast 2.0 media. It connects to your host Windows, Mac, or Linux system using a USB Type-C port, which operates using the 10 Gb/s USB 3.1 Gen 2 standard. If your system doesn't support USB 3.1 Gen 2, there is backward compatibility with other USB standards. Additionally, since the USB Type-C port shares the same interface as Thunderbolt 3, this card reader is directly connected to Thunderbolt 3 ports. To further aid in system connectivity, both a 50cm USB Type-C to Type-C cable and a USB Type-C to Type-A adapter are included.
Angelbird's CFast 2.0 Card Reader is bus-powered, meaning it receives power directly from your system's host USB or Thunderbolt port, with no additional cables or power supplies required. Thanks to durable aluminium housing, their Solid Stack design helps protect your data against energy surges, as well as environmental conditions such as x-rays, freezing temperatures, and the hot sun. Angelbird also built the USB Type-C port with Solid Connect recessed connectivity, which helps to ensure stable, uninterrupted data transfers, as well as protect against cable wear and tear. Lastly, a built-in write-protect switch helps protect the content on your CFast 2.0 media from being accidentally erased.
Angelbird's framework was simple - create a CFast 2.0 memory card reader that could adapt to their workflow and malfunction because it was part of a failed multi-card unit. Inspired by the functionality of mid-century modular design, like those stacking shelves you had in college, Angelbird developed a professional-grade, singular CFast card reader that stacks seamlessly with their other card reader models, while still maintaining the freedom to move around as you please.
By supporting unrestricted offloading speeds, Angelbird's CFast single card reader will get you moving on your post-production workflow without the painful wait. But its true advantage, however, may just lay with the versatility of its Solid Connect recessed connectivity port, which helps ensure stable, uninterrupted data transfers, while protecting against cable wear and tear. It is even physically and electrically compatible with Thunderbolt 3, along with past and present connection standards and interfaces like 10 Gb/s USB 3.1 Gen 2, USB Type-C to Type-C, and USB Type-C to Type-A. - Rode VideoMic Pro Camera-Mount Shotgun Microphone
Offering lower noise, higher sensitivity, and more adjustable settings than the VideoMic, the Rode VideoMic Pro camera-mount shotgun microphone is ideal for mobile journalists, vloggers, budget filmmakers, and run-and-gun shooters looking for a cost-effective way to step up to the next level in quality.
A single 9V battery provides up to 70 hours of run time and an LED turns red to indicate low-battery status. Adjustable gain and a selectable bass roll-off make it easy to optimize the level and tone of your recording for a range of scenarios.
This compact and lightweight shotgun microphone feature an integrated shock mount that mounts directly to your camera or boompole and reduces noise from various vibrations. The windscreen design reduces wind noise, making it well suited for outdoor shoots. The attached 3.5mm TRS cable ensures easy hookup to your camera, and the dual-mono output means that no channel selection is necessary on your recording device.
Shotgun Mic with Directional Sound Pickup
Whereas most built-in camera microphones pick up sound from all directions, this microphone utilizes a super-cardioid polar pattern to focus on sound in front of it while attenuating sound from the sides and rear. Its low-noise electronics and sensitive condenser element deliver more detailed audio than the mics typically found in cameras and portable recorders.
Easy Hookup to Camera
A straight 3.5mm cable is permanently attached to the mic for fast hookup to your camera. The cable's 3.5mm TRS plug is wired in a dual-mono configuration, ensuring that the mic signal is sent identically to both input channels of your camera or portable recorder.
Long Battery Life
Pop a 9V battery in the VideoMic Pro for up to 70 hours of operating time. The dedicated power LED changes from green to red when the battery should be replaced. The VideoMic Pro can still function for approximately 10 hours once the power indicator turns red, but performance will be compromised. Use the power switch to conserve battery life during periods of inactivity.
Bass Roll-Off
The high-pass filter can be set to flat or 80 Hz to roll off low-frequency noise from common sources such as air conditioners and traffic.
3-Stage Gain Control
To enable optimal recording levels, the VideoMic Pro boasts a 3-stage gain control. Like the low roll-off and high-frequency boost, the gain control is digitally switched for precision and convenience. The +20 dB setting is ideal when recording to cameras, as it boosts the signal without requiring extreme gain on the camera's inferior preamp. Select the flat setting when routing the mic into a dedicated high-quality preamp, or switch to the -10 dB option when loud sound sources threaten to distort your recording.
Integrated Shockmount Inhibits Vibrations
Understanding that the rubber bands used in many shock mounts can snap and stretch, Rode chose to integrate a rugged Rycote Lyre suspension-style shock mount. This simplifies the setup of the mic and inhibits the transfer of vibrations from the camera. Plus, the bottom of the shock mount features a camera shoe mount with a 3/8" thread, ensuring easy attachment to your camera or a boompole such as Rode's Micro Boompole (available separately).
Windscreen Minimizes Wind Noise
The VideoMic Pro has a foam windscreen to reduce unwanted wind noise from breezes, fans, heaters, and air conditioners. For maximum reduction of wind noise in outdoor environments, consider a furry windshield such as the Rode DeadCat VMPR (available separately).
Connectivity Options
Expand the microphone's device compatibility with Rode accessories such as the SC4 and VXLR (both available separately). The SC4 is a short cable that lets you connect the VideoMic Pro directly to a smartphone or tablet equipped with a 3.5mm TRRS jack. The VXLR adapter is the ideal solution when you want to record the VideoMic Pro to a camcorder or mixer that has XLR inputs.
