The SmallRig RC 100C COB LED Monolight Pro Version offers an ultra-portable, powerful lighting solution designed for creators and vloggers who demand flexibility and performance. Weighing just 726 grams (1.6 lb) and housed in a compact, palm-sized cube, the RC 100C delivers variable bi-colour lighting from 2500K to 10,000K, making it ideal for both video recording and photography. Suitable for outdoor shoots and mobile setups, this Pro version comes complete with a light stand adapter for secure mounting on standard stands and a US power adapter for reliable operation from a wall socket. Featuring 12 built-in lighting effects, the RC 100C brings creative lighting simulations to life with ease.

When paired with the included 45° mini reflector, the RC 100C outputs an impressive 11,000 lux at 1 metre (3.3') at 5600K, while the bare fixture offers 3650 lux. Multiple power options are available via USB-C, DC, and BP/mini XLR ports, with the ability to run the light from a 140W PD USB-C source, optional V-mount or NP-F batteries, or the included AC to DC adapter. (Please note that batteries are sold separately.) Compatible with SmallRig's VB99, VB155, VB99 SE, and VB212 mini V-mount batteries, as well as NP-F970 USB-C rechargeable batteries and select battery grip handles, the RC 100C ensures seamless power flexibility.

For colour fidelity, the light scores highly, with a CRI of 96+, a TLCI of 98+, and an SSI of 84 (3200K), as well as TM-30 Rf/Rg ratings of 94/102, guaranteeing accurate and consistent colour rendering. An intuitive 3.5cm (1.4") LCD colour screen, along with two independent adjustment knobs, provides precise control over brightness and colour temperature. Wireless control via the SmallGoGo app adds extra convenience, while DMX compatibility is available using an optional DMX adapter.

Built with SmallRig’s independently developed cooling system, the RC 100C maintains efficient temperature management during operation. Its robust yet lightweight construction—made from V-0 flame-retardant PC and ABS materials with a reinforced metal base—reduces overall weight by 30% compared to aluminium alloy designs. The fixture is fully compatible with SmallRig’s mini mount modifiers and can be used with an optional Bowens adapter for additional softboxes such as the RA-D30, RA-D60, and RA-R4545.
