Using our online system to create a quotation which is valid for 14 days.
We developed a simple self service system that allows Government Departments, Educational institutes, and Corporate companies, to obtain a quick quotation request, by following these simple steps.
- To create an Online Quotation, add the product(s) you wish a quote on to your shopping cart as if you were placing an order.
- After adding all the items to your shopping cart click "View Shopping Cart"
- On the Shopping Cart Page, instead of selecting the "Proceed to Checkout" button, click the "Request a Quote" button instead. (see below example)
You will then be redirected to the Login Page (if you're not already logged in) and you will be asked to log into your account. (see below)
If you don't have an account you will then need to create one, at this step. We require this information to capture all your details, so we can provide you with accurate shipping costs, and also if we needed to discuss particulars of the request with you.
Once you have logged into or created your account, you will then be re-directed to the Quotations Submission Page where you can submit your quote request.
All the items in your cart will be visible on this page (see below). You can also add any comments to the request, and select what your preferred method of payment will be.
Once the quote has been submitted, a Quote ID will be applied to it, (Shown as QU-XXXXX) which you can reference in any correspondence with us. A Confirmation of the request will also be emailed to you.
Once received by us, we will review your request and return to you with our most competitive quote.
Please allow up to 24hrs for Processing.
You will get a follow-up e-mail (Subject will read: Your Quote, QU-XXXXX has been completed).
Once you review your quote, you can "Accept"it via logging into your Account Center or modifying it by calling us during business hours.
The new RODE NTG-2 is a lightweight condenser shotgunmicrophone, which has been specifically designed forprofessional applications within the film, video, television and production industries.
The NTG-2 provides a balanced low impedance output stage and operates either from an internal 1.5 V battery (AA) or48 V to the P48 standard.
A wide bandwidth and controlled polar response coupled with low noise SMT electronics, makes the NTG-2 the perfect choice for film, video engineering and voice-over work. The NTG-2 is extremely lightweight making it ideal for mounting directlyto video cameras or on boom poles. The NTG-2 comes complete with mount and windshield. The windscreen effectively suppresses wind noise when recording outdoors in moderate conditions.
• Broadcast sound quality.
• Rugged metal construction.
• Condenser microphone transducer.
• Weighing 161 grams approx. (5.17 oz.).
• Low noise circuitry.
• Low handling noise
.• Supplied with stand mount and zip pouch.
• Designed & manufactured in Australia
.• Full 2 year guarantee.
The NTG-2 is designed to operate from standard P48phantom power or a 1.5 V Alkaline Battery. The NTG-2will operate between 44 V to 52 V applied with positivepolarity to pin 2 and pin 3 via the output XLR connector.
The NTG-2 will operate satisfactorily into a load impedanceas low as 1 k§Ù. If a load below this is used, the outputsignal level will be reduced. The NTG-2’s output is balanced between pin 2 (hot) andpin 3 (cold). Pin 1 is ground.
The PG2-R is a Pistol Grip Shock Mount designed to reduce handling noise when recording with shotgun microphones in hand held or boompole mounted applications. The PG2-R is equipped with dual Rycote Lyre mounts to ensure maximum isolation from any handling vibrations, four possible mounting points to suit the complete range of compatible Rode shotgun microphones and integrated cable management clip.
The newly designed lightweight handle delivers improvements in both ergonomics and functionality. The cushioned grip houses multiple cable mounting points, with a dedicated space for the PG2-R Pro Cable XLR connector to terminate flush with the base for ease of connectivity. A heavy duty locking nut on the side of the handle ensures smooth adjustment of your microphone angle, whilst a 3/8" thread at the base of the handle provides secure connection to boompoles and microphone stands.
The RØDE Boompole is a high grade professional boom pole for location recording, machined from high grade aluminum. The boom pole allows you to mount your microphone securely and swivel it in a range of directions that will allow you to easily change positions and follow your sound source.
Premium Microphone Cables are engineered for maximum signal transfer and minimum loss. Designed for low-impedance operation, these balanced cables feature heavy-duty construction and professional Neutrik® connectors. To protect signal quality, each conductor has an individual spiral shield inside the molded insulating sheath. A conductive PVC layer inside each shield dissipates static buildup during flexing.
Dual copper outer shields and twin conductive PVC inner shields protect cable signal quality with 100% coverage
Professional Neutrik® connectors ensure superior signal integrity and oustanding strain relief
Heavy-duty PVC jacket stands up to tough use
Heavy-duty 24-gauge stranded copper conductors offer optimal signal transfer
Extra flexibility and low memory for ease of use/storage
