Effective from Friday 6th August 2021, our retail showroom will be CLOSED due to the Victorian COVID-19 lockdown and reopen to the public at this stage on the 5th of November 2021. The reopening date is subject to change as per the Victorian Government's announcements.
Due to the Victorian public holiday on the 24th of September 2021, we will be closed.
Delivery and Click and Collect are still available through online orders that remain business as usual. Click and Collect orders are available between Monday and Friday from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm.

Unfortunately, StarTrack's delivery teams are experiencing high daily volumes due to the current COVID-19 restrictions across the east coast. Work is underway to support the following locations which are at capacity, including the commencement of weekend deliveries in NSW and VIC.
NSW & ACT
Australia Post has taken the precautionary measure of closing the Sydney Gateway Facility for 24 hours following cleaner testing positive for COVID-19. Our teams at the facility are undergoing testing and the site has been deep cleaned and sanitised.
There are currently impacts to domestic parcel processing and delivery in New South Wales which are causing some local delays. This is due to COVID-related staffing impacts at our Chullora facility.
There were record-breaking volumes overnight at a number of our facilities in Melbourne, resulting in some capacity issues and possible delays. The team is working hard to process these volumes and minimise delays, which at this stage should only be delays of 1-2 days. The teams in our facilities are also working through the volumes with COVID-19 restrictions in place.
Please be aware that delays may be expected as backlogs are attempted to be cleared. This will mean that StarTrack's overnight service which we offer may take up to 4 business days to deliver depending on your location and how affected the area is.
During these times, please choose a delivery address where someone will be able to accept the delivery otherwise a return delivery fee may occur.
This is likely to continue until further notice.
